Our mental muscles as well as the hands or feet.
If trained properly, our muscles become stronger,
fast, and can survive for long.
Mental rarely used,
indeed be weakened, and prioritizing the break.
What is important, not the hard effort of learning,
but irregular learning time.
A little but regular,
better than the massive but impromptu.
